How is a pass different from Pro?
A pass is a one-time, time-boxed all-access with no auto-renewal (Single $9 / 7 days, Sprint $39 / 90 days). Within the window, every paid feature is unlimited. Pro is a $19/mo subscription for ongoing use.
Can I get a refund?
Unused passes are refundable within 7 days of purchase. You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime and you won't be charged from the next cycle.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel anytime from Manage subscription. You keep access for the billing cycle you already paid for.
Is my original resume stored?
The original resume text you upload is not stored on our servers. If you save to history, only the AI-generated results are stored, and you can delete them anytime.
What happens if an AI generation fails?
If a generation fails or times out, you are not charged. If a credit was used it is automatically refunded, and the screen also tells you that no credit was charged. If anything ever looks off, just contact us and we'll correct it right away.
Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, including global sales tax/VAT handling. A pass grants all-access to every paid tool for its period; Pro is a monthly subscription.
