Last updated: 2026-06-20
These Terms govern the conditions for using draft.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
The Service provides AI-based resume review, job matching, company research, and interview preparation. Results generated by the AI and real-time web search results are reference materials and their accuracy, timeliness, and completeness are not guaranteed. The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome such as passing or being hired, and before making important decisions the user must verify the facts (such as job posting deadlines and eligibility requirements) themselves.
2. Accounts
Some features require login. The user is responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for the secure management of their account. The user must not use another person's account without authorization or use the Service fraudulently.
3. Fees · Payment
- Some features require payment via a subscription (Pro) or credits. Fees are displayed on the Pricing page.
- Payments are processed on our behalf by Polar (Merchant of Record), and billing, taxes, and receipts are handled through Polar. Card information is not stored on the Service's servers.
- Subscriptions automatically renew on the selected cycle (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time before renewal, and upon cancellation you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- The displayed amount may vary at the time of payment depending on currency, taxes, and exchange rates.
4. Refund Policy
- Subscription: You may cancel at any time, and upon cancellation you will not be charged from the next cycle. The cycle already paid for can continue to be used for the remaining period.
- Credits: Unused credits may be requested for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Already used (consumed) credits are deemed to have had digital content provided and are excluded from refund eligibility.
- The right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws (such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) is guaranteed to the extent provided by law.
- Refund requests are handled through the contact address below or the guidance on the Polar payment receipt.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Infringing laws or the rights of others, or entering another person's personal information without authorization.
- Obstructing the operation of the Service through automation, excessive requests, or the like, or maliciously causing costs.
- Reselling the Service or AI results, or using them in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property · Outputs
The rights to the Service's trademarks, designs, and software belong to the operator. The rights to the resume content entered by the user belong to the user, and the Service processes it only to the extent necessary to provide results. Results generated by the AI may be freely used by the user for their own purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of AI results or search information. However, liability for damages caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded under the law.
8. Changes to Terms · Governing Law
These Terms may be changed, and material changes will be announced within the Service or on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the court of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
